Refund policy

Our Policy is simple: Whatever it takes. We take customer satisfaction extremely seriously and aim to provide you with the best experience and product possible, so we offer the following guarantees:

Refinishing


We offer free lifetime refinishing as well as changing to any other finish of equal or lesser value. We just ask that you pay return shipping on our return shipping page. If you'd like to go to a finish of a higher value (e.g. single color anodizing to patterned anodizing), we ask that you would pay the difference. Keep in mind that sometimes finishes cannot be refinished and require reworking, which is detailed in the next section. What can and cannot be refinished is detailed here:

What is eligible for refinishing:
  • Scratched, faded, or smudged anodizing on a piece without engraving
  • Scratched surfaces on brushed pieces
  • Fading or scratching of polished pieces

What would require reworking:
  • Gouged metal that can't be effectively resanded/repolished
  • Any piece with engraving
  • A piece otherwise eligible for refinishing, but that got lost in the mail on the way to us

What you need to do:
  1. Email info@TiProject.com with your order number, a picture of your piece, and what you'd like to have done
  2. Upon approval for refinishing services, pay for return shipping on our return shipping page
  3. Package up your piece and send it to the address given to you via email

Reworking


Reworking is required if you'd like a piece to be redone that is not eligible for refinishing. This means that a new piece will be made to replace your old one, but we still require for the old piece to be shipped back to us.

Reworking requires return shipping payment plus a 35% reworking fee that is applied to the value of the piece to be remade. However, if you'd like a variation/finish done that is of higher value than that of the piece being reworked, the difference of price between the retail price of the higher value piece and that of the original piece will be added to the 35% reworking fee and return shipping cost.

What you need to do:
  1. Email us at info@TiProject.com with your order number, a picture of your piece, and what you'd like to have done
  2. Upon approval for reworking services, you will be sent an invoice to cover the reworking fee and return shipping costs
  3. Package up your piece and send it to the address given to you via email

Refunding


If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, you can request a refund up to 30 days after you receive your order. We still require for the piece to be shipped back to us. It is important to note that items should not be shipped back in envelopes because they will likely get ejected from the envelope in the mail. Instead, use a bubble/poly mailer or a box.

Email info@TiProject.xyz with your refund request and kindly include your order number along with the reason why you would like a refund.

We approve refunds on a case by case basis. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For items that include precious metals or meteorite materials, returns are subject to a 20% restock fee.
